When you set up a payment arrangement, you commit to making a payment by a specific date. There are different types of flexible payment arrangements.
Payment Extension – Extend your due date to give yourself a little more time.
Payment Plan – Spread your payments over the next few months. The upcoming charges for future bills are still due in full each billing period in addition to the payment on your payment plan.
Auto-Enrolled Payment Plans – Beginning in September 2021, SDG&E automatically enrolled certain customers in an extended payment plan. Learn more about auto-enrolled payment plans.
Arrearage Management Payment (AMP) Plan - If you have outstanding bills that are past due and are a CARE or FERA customer, you may be eligible for debt forgiveness through our Arrearage Management Payment (AMP) Plan. Learn more about the AMP plan.
Keeping your agreement with payment arrangements, will help prevent your service from being disconnected.
Yes, CCA customers are still eligible for flexible payment plans.
