The SDG&E app is available on both the App Store and Google Play stores.

Log in to the SDG&E app with the same credentials you use to access My Account. You can choose to use face or fingerprint recognition for future logins. If you haven’t registered for My Account, register here.

No, the SDG&E app is free. However, you should check with your wireless carrier to review the terms of your data or wireless service costs.

Click “Forgot username or password” to navigate to My Account to reset your password. Next, log in to the app with your new password. If you haven’t registered for My Account, register here. If you previously set up face or fingerprint recognition on the app, you’ll need to do so again on the app.

Yes, you can have up to five linked accounts. You can toggle between them using the arrow at the top of the menu bar.

Yes, but you can view the outage map or report an outage without signing in.

Yes. You’ll be directed to My Account through the app to add a bank account. You can only use one bank account per payment. If you haven’t registered for My Account, register here.

Yes. Tap “Make a Payment” on the home screen. Next, tap the selector arrow in the “Payment Method” field. Finally, tap “Pay by credit or debit card”. You’ll be directed to BillMatrix, a 3rd party, to make your bill payment. BillMatrix charges a convenience fee of $1.50 for each payment transaction. You’ll need your SDG&E account number to pay through BillMatrix.
