Residential Equity Education & Outreach Solicitation
As part of San Diego Gas & Electric’s (SDG&E) Third-Party Energy Efficiency outsourcing activities, we are requesting bidder proposals (“Abstracts”) for the WE&T/IEET program. This is the first stage (Request for Abstract) of the solicitation process, which will be followed by a second stage (Request for Proposal) for those Bidders advancing to the next round.
This Program will provide underserved residential customers with education and awareness needed to participate in energy efficiency offerings. Classified as an Equity Support program, this program will have a primary objective of supporting the long-term success of the energy efficiency market by educating Equity residential customers about energy efficiency opportunities.

Bidder Abstracts are due by April 10, 2023 5:00 PM PST. See below instructions for where to submit bids and obtain relevant information.
How
In order to participate in this event, Bidders need to register in Power Advocate using the following URL: https://www.poweradvocate.com. Once registered, follow the steps below to participate in the #135096: Workforce Education and Training/Integrated Energy Education Training Program event:

Potential partnering
SDG&E offers the opportunity for Bidders to list their information on a contact list for potential partnering with other bidders. This option is only available during the RFA stage. If interested, bidders must complete and submit the “Residential Equity E&O Program RFA – Interested Organizations Form” linked here here. This form will remain open until April 10, 2023.
