Make sure your information is up to date in My Account to stay informed with important notifications during a Public Safety Power Shutoff.

  • Go to My Account
  • Once you are signed in, click on your profile name at the top right-hand corner and select “Notification Settings”

You can also download the Alerts by SDG&E app to stay informed during outages.


I don’t have an SDG&E account

You don’t need to have an account to stay updated during a Public Safety Power Shutoff. 

For example, you can still get notifications if your landlord is the primary account holder for your electric service, if you are a caregiver, or have loved ones who live in affected areas.
