Stay informed with outage notifications by making sure your contact information is up-to-date in My Account.

Signing up is easy:

  • Go to My Account
  • Once signed in, click on your profile name in the top right-hand corner, then select
    “Notifications Settings”

I don’t have an SDG&E Account

You don’t need an account to stay updated during a PSPS event.

For example if your landlord is the account holder for your electric service or you are a caregiver or have loved ones in affected areas.

Access & Functional Needs/Mobile Home Park

If you belong to a vulnerable or Access and Functional Needs community you may be eligible for additional support services during Public Safety Power Shutoff events.
