You don’t need to have an account to stay updated during a Public Safety Power Shutoff.
For example, you can still get notifications if your landlord is the primary account holder for your electric service, if you are a caregiver, or have loved ones who live in affected areas.
If you use medical equipment, live in a rural area or mobile home park, speak a language other than English, or need additional support during a Public Safety Power Shutoff, you may be eligible for helpful resources.
