Two Step Verification

Why are we doing this?

This simple step helps us protect you from password stealing scams and hackers by giving us another way to verify you using your mobile phone. You may already be familiar with this 2-step verification process as many other companies use it to safeguard your personal information.

How does it work?

It’s quick and easy and allows us to verify you right away.

  • After you enter your login information and click Log In, you’ll also be asked to complete a second verification step.
  • A code will be texted to your mobile phone. Make sure to have your phone with you.
  • Once you receive the code, please enter it into the verification page.

Verify your mobile number

To ensure your success with 2-Step Verification, please confirm your mobile phone number in My Account. If you do not have a mobile number listed with us, please add it.

  • From My Account, go to Account > My Profile.
  • Under My Information, scroll to your phone and email contacts.
  • Verify your mobile phone number is correct. Click on the pencil icon if you need to update or add your mobile phone number.

While you’re there, you can turn-on 2-Step Verification if you’d like to get a head start on safeguarding your account now.

  • After ensuring your mobile number is correct, scroll down and turn on Enable 2-Step Authentication by clicking the toggle option from white to blue.
  • Select Confirm.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

We’ll be turning it on for customers throughout the month of February 2022.

Simply enter the code once you receive it. It takes a few seconds.

It adds another layer of security to the login process, making it harder for attackers to gain access to your account. So, even if your password is hacked, it is not enough to access your account.

If you do not have a mobile number, you will not be automatically enrolled in 2-Step Verification. However, if you have a mobile number but it is not on file with us, we highly recommend that you provide your mobile number to add an additional layer of account security.
