Two Step Verification

How does it work?

Setting up 2-Step Verification is becoming commonplace as a way to make it harder for scammers to gain control over your identify and accounts -- and to prove that you're really you.

It’s quick and easy and allows us to verify you right away.

  • After you enter your My Account login information and click Log In, you’ll be asked to complete a second verification step.
  • A code will be texted to your mobile phone. Make sure to have your phone with you.
  • Once you receive the code, please enter it into the verification page.

Keep your mobile number up-to-date

To ensure your success with 2-Step Verification, please confirm your mobile phone number in My Account. If you do not have a mobile number listed with us, please add it.

  • From My Account, go to Account > My Profile.
  • Under My Information, scroll to your phone and email contacts.
  • Verify your mobile phone number is correct. Click on the pencil icon if you need to update or add your mobile phone number.

We recommend keeping this setting enabled for the added layer of security for your protection. 2-step verification adds another layer of security to the login process, making it harder for attackers to gain access to your account. So, even if your password is hacked, it is not enough to access your account.

However, if you want to disable it, here’s how:

  • Log into My Account.
  • Click Account from the main navigation and then click My Profile.
  • Scroll to the Enable 2-Step Verification section under your contact information. Click the toggle from blue to white.

If you are having issues receiving your verification code, we encourage you to check with your mobile carrier as they may be experiencing service-related issues or outages.

We can help with that. If you forgot your username or password:

Yes, you still need to enter a verification code. This security feature applies to our website and mobile apps.
