Customer Choice

This program permits cities, counties and other authorized entities, called Community Choice Aggregators, to purchase and/or generate electricity for residents and businesses located within the boundaries of their jurisdiction. 

This program gives non-residential customers the option to purchase power from electric Energy Service Providers (ESPs).

Gas customers have the option to purchase their natural gas supplies from Energy Service Providers (ESPs).
