If you remove all properties, then your agreement will be canceled, and you will not be able to make any updates. To keep the agreement active, make sure you have at least one property on your agreement. 

Canceling the agreement does not stop service. For any accounts billing in my name where I want to stop service, I will need to make a request to stop services at sdge.com/myaccount.
