While SDG&E makes reasonable efforts to provide the most accurate and timely data available, we cannot guarantee that the information is complete, error-free, or up to date at all times. Outage details may be limited, delayed, or inaccurate, especially during emergencies or major storm events when conditions change rapidly. For example, outages may still appear on the map even as customer restorations are in progress. Estimated restoration times are general in nature and do not account for individual circumstances. During major events, some restoration times may be shown with an asterisk until field updates are available.
