My Energy Center Frequently Asked Questions

 

View My Bill

There are two ways to view your bill in My Energy Center.

From the My Energy Center homepage

  • From the Homepage, find the Total Amount Due tile
  • Below it, click Download Detailed Bill
  • Select View Your Detailed Bill PDF
  • Your most recent bill will open as a PDF in a new browser tab

OR 

From the main navigation in My Energy Center

  • In the main navigation, go to the Billing tab and select Your Charges Breakdown
  • On the Your Charges Breakdown page, find the Total Amount Due tile
  • Below it, click Download Detailed Bill
  • Select View Your Detailed Bill PDF
  • Your most recent bill will open as a PDF in a new browser tab

 

View My Past Bills

From the My Energy Center homepage

  • In the main navigation, go to the Billing tab and select Billing & Payment History
  • The Billing History tab displays by default. You can also access your Payment History and Payment Activity.
  • Scroll down to view up to two years of past bills
  • To view a summary or download your bill, click the down arrow under the Details column

 

View My Payments

From the My Energy Center homepage

  • In the main navigation, go to the Billing tab and select Billing & Payment History
  • The Billing & Payment History page has three tabs, Bill History, Payment History and Payment Activity
  • Click the Payment History tab to access up to 13 months of your prior payments

 

View My Usage

From the My Energy Center homepage

  • In the main navigation, select the Usage tab
  • View your 13-month usage history by default. You have options to view your usage by day, hour or 15-minute intervals. If you have both gas and electric services on one account, your electric usage chart displays by default.
  • To switch meters, click the Meter drop down to change your graph to view your natural gas usage
