Confirm Whether You’re Affected
If your circuit appears as a planned outage, you may or may not be impacted. To confirm whether your service will be affected, refer to your 6 digit Plan Number, which is the most accurate way to determine impact.
Viewing Multiple Days of Work
If you’re looking for outage details covering multiple days, you may not see all planned outage details by selecting a single pin. Instead:
- Zoom in on the map and select the cluster icon to view details for all outage details within that area, including those scheduled on different days.
- You may need to scroll to view details for your outage.
