Electrification for Regional Fleets

SDG&E Supports Regional Fleets
with EV Infrastructure Incentives & Rebates

Fleets hero

Regional fleets moving goods to and from warehouses, distribution centers, and retail centers can benefit from significant total cost of ownership savings by transitioning to electric vehicles (EVs). SDG&E’s Power Your Drive for Fleets program provides incentives and rebates to assist regional fleet operators in taking advantage of a growing number of electric vehicles available. By electrifying early, regional fleets can also get ahead of the state’s proposed zero-emission transport refrigeration unit (TRU) regulation and its mandate requiring all medium- and heavy-duty trucks operating in the state be zero emission by 2045.

Improve Total Cost of Ownership

Regional fleets implementing electric vehicles can reduce maintenance and increase efficiency, thereby lowering total cost of ownership (TCO) and improving their bottom line.
