Sign up for Auto Pay with My Energy Center.

Auto Pay:

  1. Inicia sesión en Mi centro energético 
  2. Haga clic en el botón  Facturación tab from the main navigation and select Pago automático.
  3. Escoge tu Bancaria Virtual Alterna Sin Fronteras . Your payment will be automatically deducted from this account.
  4. Seleccione su cuenta en Fecha de pago. You can pay 0-5 days before your bill is due.

Note: Auto Pay only accepts savings or checking bank accounts.

Auto Pay:

  1. Log into the mobile app
  2. En la pantalla de inicio, toca Facturación in the main navigation at the bottom of the screen.
  1. En la siguiente pantalla, toque Pago automático en la parte superior de la pantalla
  2. Toque en Inscríbase.
  3. Escoge tu Bancaria Virtual Alterna Sin Fronteras  y Fecha de pago.

Each month, we send you a bill ready notification with the amount due so you know how much will be deducted with Auto Pay.

Viewing Your Bills

Any time you want to view your bills or payments, use My Energy Center to view your history. You can even view .pdfs of your monthly bills. Simply, go to Facturación y seleccione Historial de facturación y pagos.
