SDG&E is issuing this Request for Offers (“RFO”) to solicit offers involving Resource Adequacy (“RA”) capacity including System RA as well as Import RA. By replying to this RFO Respondents are bound by its terms.

Participation in this RFO requires the completion of the Offer Form & the Confirmation Template or the Import RA Confirmation Template. These documents are available via the links below. Failure to provide the listed information may result in the offer being deemed non-conforming and thus may disqualify the offer from further consideration. Multiple offers are acceptable.

- SDG&E is offering an RFO Participants’ Conference Call for those considering making an offer into SDG&E’s RA Request For Offers (RFO). During this Conference Call we will (i) study the calendar and timeline, (ii) review the RFO process including Offer Forms, (iii) discuss the products requested, and (iv) address any questions you may have. This will be a dial-in conference call only and you are welcomed to join us, however, participation in the Conference Call is not mandatory for those ultimately submitting a proposal.
