San Diego Gas & Electric Company (“SDG&E”) seeks through the IRP Reliability Request for Offers to procure resources to meet electric system reliability needs as required by California Public Utilities Commission ("CPUC") Decision Ngày 19-11-016. The Decision requires SDG&E to make incremental procurement of system-level qualifying resource adequacy (RA) capacity, per Ordering Paragraph 3.

SDG&E seeks to procure incremental RA capacity on an all-source basis, including both existing and new resources (except new gas-only resources).

Participation in this RFO requires the completion of the Offer Form, marked up pro forma template and credit application. These documents are available via the links below. Failure to provide the listed information may result in an offer being deemed non-conforming and thus may disqualify the offer from further consideration. Multiple offers are acceptable.
