Do You Need to Verify Your Identity?
To begin service, you may be required to verify your identity in person. Visit an authorized payment location—commonly located inside retail or grocery stores—to complete the identity verification process.
View or Update Service Requests Online
Plans change? Need to look up your service request date? Use the Service Request Tracker in My Energy Center to manage your requests.
If you have multiple accounts, make sure to select the appropriate account.
