Programs that can provide funds through times of hardship
The Neighbor-to-Neighbor Fund
Provides up to $200 towards your SDG&E bill for customers experiencing temporary financial hardship, but who are not eligible for other state and federal assistance.

Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program
A federally funded assistance program administered by the California Department of Community Services and Development (CSD) that offers financial aid for SDG&E bills and home climate control.
You may be eligible if you are a family with elderly or disabled members, children under the age of three or spend a high percentage of your income on energy.
