SPOC Service
The SDG&E Single Point of Contact (SPOC) service is a no cost one-stop shop to help property owners and managers achieve energy goals by identifying program and financial resources, program layering, and offering benchmarking guidance. Available Multifamily Programs
Multifamily Energy Savings (MFES)
Multifamily income-qualifying properties can receive no-cost whole building energy-saving upgrades.
No Cost or Rebated Upgrades
We offer energy-efficient improvements at no cost to you. Working with our authorized contractor, and you can make the energy-efficient improvements to your multifamily buildings that have two or more units.
Low Income Weatherization Program (LIWP)
Provides low-income households with solar photovoltaic (PV) systems and energy efficiency upgrades at no cost to residents.
