How Does Paperless Billing Work? It’s easy.

With Paperless Billing, as a registered user of My Energy Center, you will automatically receive a bill summary email notification each month when your bill is ready to view, print or download.

To make things even easier, you can set up text alerts.

Paso 1: Inicie sesión en su Configuracion de notificaciones in My Energy Center.

Paso 2: Haga clic en Actualizaciones de facturación y cuenta to view your notification options.

Paso 3: Seleccione la casilla de verificación junto a Texto para inscribirse.

Your digital bill can be conveniently viewed on Mi Centro de Energía.com or the My Energy Center mobile app.

Paso 2: On Su cuenta, desplácese hasta Download Your Bill y hacer clic en View Your Detailed PDF to view, download, or save your bill.

Yes, you can view and download past bills from the last 25 months with Historial de Facturas on Mi Centro de Energía.com or the My Energy Center mobile app. Simply, go to your Historial de Facturas del menú Billing tab.

You can view, download, or print your digital bill directly from Mi centro energético siempre que lo necesite. 

Paso 1: Navegue a Su cuenta del menú facturar tab, or navigation bar on the mobile app.

Yes, your information is secure. With paperless billing, there is less risk of lost mail or mail fraud. Digital bills are more secure and can only be accessed when you log in to My Energy Center.

In My Energy Center, you can sign up for payment reminders five days before your bill is due.

Paso 1: Inicie sesión en su Configuracion de notificaciones on My Energy Center.

Paso 2: Firmar para Recordatorio de pago by email, text, or both.

After you’ve been transitioned to paperless billing, you can update your billing preferences anytime on Mi Centro de Energía.com or the My Energy Center mobile app.

Paso 1: Iniciar sesión en Mi Perfil from My Energy Center.

Paso 2: Desplácese hacia abajo hasta la sección My Service Addresses y haga clic en el tres puntos in the corner, where you can select the option to Cancel Paperless Billing.

Yes, you can call our Customer Care Center at 1-800-411-7343 to speak to an agent who can walk you through the opt-out process. 

  • Paperless billing is a much friendlier option for the environment. It reduces waste and clutter in your home.  

  • It’s more secure. Paper bills sent through the mail can be lost or stolen.  

  • It’s convenient. Your energy bills and statements are at your fingertips and can be viewed anytime online or in the My Energy Center mobile app.  

  • It saves you time! You don’t have to write out a check, find or pay for a stamp and have to remember to put the payment in the mail.  

  • We have plenty of secure digital payment options available to pay online including Apple Pay®, Google Pay™, Venmo®, PayPal®, or other convenient methods.  

Paperless billing not only helps reduce waste, but it also helps cut down on the amount of pollution caused by making paper, printing paper and delivering it.
