The online application places a cookie on your computer to enable the "Save and Finish Later" functionality. Please access the Help menu of your internet browser to enable cookies if you receive an error message.
If you’re a first-time applicant, you’ll be asked to create a user name and password, which you’ll enter every time you access the online application system.
No, your application is not saved automatically. To ensure application data is not lost, please click on the "Save and Finish Later" button at the bottom of each application page.

To save an in-progress application, scroll down to the bottom of the page and choose the "Save & Finish Later" button.
When you log in and set up your username and password, we automatically create your account using the email and password information used. You’ll receive an automated confirmation email with a link to use to return to your in-progress applications and your “My Account” page. If you didn’t press "Save & Finish Later" or "Review & Submit" after you left the application, your work was not saved and you’ll need to start a new application.
If you log in to work on an in-progress application and see a blank page, it means you probably did not hit "Save & Finish Later" button before you exited the program and your work was not saved. You’ll have to start a new application.
Please check to see if the email address you are using is different from the one you signed up with, or if the address is either misspelled.
