The San Diego International Auto Show features more than 400 of the latest new models, a dozen test drives, exotics, automotive products and much more. The special electric car section will feature cars and technologies that will lead to a greener tomorrow. The range of cars on display highlights the latest in eco-friendly technology and innovation, including all-electric, plug-in hybrids, standard hybrids and hydrogen fuel cell.

EV Day Ride & Drive
San Diego International Auto Show
Call your friends and family and tell them the latest and greatest electric vehicle (EV) models on the market will be on display and available to test drive at SDG&E's Energ-G station between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. outside the Convention Center (free for Auto Show attendees).
The first 50 drivers will receive free entrance to the Auto Show! All test participants will automatically be entered to win a $1,000 rebate* toward the purchase or lease of a new electric car and twenty-five rebates will be rewarded.

* Winner of $1,000 rebate must be a customer of San Diego Gas & Electric (SDG&E) to claim voucher. You will need to provide Plug In America a copy of your most recent SDG&E bill. There will only be one winner for each household. Must purchase or lease a new qualified plug-in electric vehicle from a PlugStar Preferred Dealer (Silver/Gold). The voucher is available only at the time of purchase and can't be applied after taking delivery of the vehicle. Must be redeemed by April 1, 2020. Even if you receive the voucher, your household can still qualify for the Champions of Clean Air program if you are a teacher/school district employee or first responder.
