2021 Combined Heat and Power Solicitation

San Diego Gas & Electric Company (“SDG&E”) seeks through the Combined Heat and Power (“CHP”) Request for Offers to procure a total of 51 MW CHP name plate Capacity and 0.283 MMT of GHG reduction to meet its procurement goal, pursuant to Resolution E-5163, and as required by California Public Utilities Commission ("CPUC") Decisions 10-12-035 and 15-06-028. The Decisions require SDG&E to solicit offers from owners and operators of CHP Facilities and Utility Prescheduled Facilities (“UPF”).

Participation in this RFP requires the completion of the Offer Form, Project Description Form.  Pro Forma PPA or UPF Pro Forma PPA, Credit Application, and submittal of other required documents as described in the Protocol Document. These documents are available via the links below.  Failure to provide the listed information may result in the Proposal being deemed non-conforming and thus may disqualify the Proposal from further consideration.  Multiple Proposals are acceptable.

* Negotiation time will vary depending on facility vintage and proposed contract modifications.
