Get help reducing your energy demand using our Technology Incentives program.

Sign up for Automated Demand Response, which allows SDG&E to send a demand response signal that automatically implements your load reduction strategies through your facility's control system. Once you've identified load reduction opportunities through Automated Demand Response you can receive incentives to subsidize the cost of the upgrades.

The Technology Incentives program is open and accepting applications under the new process.

How to Apply

1. Complete the application (pdf)
2. Submit a complete list of ADR control points and the estimated kW reduction per ADR measure to SDG&E in open excel format
3. Receive application approval from SDG&E
4. SDG&E conducts a pre-inspection of the facility
5. SDG&E issues agreement (pdf) / authorization to begin work
6. Customer notifies SDG&E of completed installation with an installation report (xls)
7. SDG&E schedules and conducts a load shed test of the equipment
8. SDG&E will issue the incentive check based on load shed test performance
