To speed up the response time of your e-mail, please follow these subject line guidelines:

For new application subject lines:

“New Application: <insert name as it appears on SDG&E bill>”
“Business Rebate reservation request:  <insert name as it appears on SDG&E bill>”
“Request for SDG&E Customer On-Bill Financing Eligibility”

• Include customer signed LOA or On-Bill Financing Eligibility Request and Release form
• Be sure to mention if Trade Professional is also checking if meter is eligible for Direct Install

For project information or other inquiry subject lines:

“Project Status Request: <insert name as it appears on SDG&E bill>”
“Request information for: <insert name as it appears on SDG&E bill>”

For project completion:

“Project Complete: <insert name as it appears on SDG&E bill>”
“Post Installation: <insert name as it appears on SDG&E bill>”
“Invoice: <insert name as it appears on SDG&E bill>”
