Power Emergency Notification System

To help provide additional warning in case of power emergencies, notification of system conditions and stage emergencies by e-mail or pager or both are avaliable.

What you will need to sign up

• You'll need your 10-digit SDG&E account number, which can be found on your SDG&E bill. If you have more than one SDG&E account number, simply submit a form for each account.
• You may register to be notified multiple e-mail addresses or pager numbers as long as they are for the same residence or business. If you have multiple accounts, complete a form for each account.

Two options available

• The first option provides notice of Stage 2 or 3 power emergencies, or when outages are projected for your block and circuit.
• The second option is to receive all alerts (48-hour outlook, 24-hour outlook, hourly updates, when a Stage 1, 2, or 3 power emergency is called, or when a outage is projected for your block and circuit numbers).
