The CMP is a maintenance program for SDG&E’s overhead and underground electric distribution system mandated by the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC). The program involves periodic inspection of SDG&E equipment for safety and operating function.
The goals of the CMP are to ensure safe and efficient maintenance of electric distribution facilities which complies with the CPUC requirements.
