Also known as Universal LifeLine Telephone Service (ULTS), the California LifeLine provides discounted basic telephone (landline) services to qualified California households. If you think you qualify, based on your household income level or enrollment in other public assistance programs, contact your telephone company and tell them you want to enroll in California LifeLine.
