SDG&E® is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit qualified parties to form SDG&E’s pool of Independent Evaluators (IE) for 2013-2014. By responding, Respondents are bound by the terms of this RFP.
Complete requirements to participate, including a schedule of required submittals, are contained in the RFP Instructions below.
We have not received any questions on the current RFP. A Q&A document will be posted as soon as questions are submitted.
Respondents may submit their offers to this solicitation by submitting the forms listed below. Failure to provide the listed information may result in a non-conforming proposal and may disqualify the proposal from further consideration.

Appendix 1 – Declaration Regarding Conflict of Interest
Appendix 2 - Standard Service Agreement. This RFP is subject to the attached Standard Service Agreement. Any exceptions to these terms must be specifically objected to by “redlining” each article and providing alternative language in your response. Failure to address said exceptions in the Proposal at this time shall be deemed a waiver of right to take exceptions and as an acceptance of all said Terms and Conditions at time of award.
Appendix 3 - Independent Evaluator Questionnaire. Please enter your responses directly into Appendix C.
Certificate of Insurance to reflect adherence to SDG&E’s Insurance Requirements as stated in Article 14 of SDG&E’s Standard Services Agreement.
All offer materials and information submitted shall be subject to the confidentiality provisions of this RFP.
Proposals shall clearly demonstrate compliance with all requirements in this RFP and shall include a cover letter signed by an authorized representative.
