 What do you like most about working here?

One of the best things about working at SDG&E is the organization’s commitment to its employees.The company not only promotes safety and organizational development, or provides great benefits and cares about job satisfaction, but our leadership continuously demonstrate that they know what makes us great is our people.Challenges are to be expected and hard work is to be encountered but what sets us apart is the employees’ commitment to support one another.

What’s the most interesting thing about your job?

The most interesting and satisfying aspect of my job has to be the ability to positively impact our community. On the operations side of our business this means creating projects, implementing new technology and providing emergency response 24/7. Most engineers get to design jobs in an office environment but my current job affords me the opportunity to see projects from inception to implementation.

On a personal level, I've had the opportunity for several years to be an Industry Advisor to SDSU’s Electrical Engineering department. As the advisor to the senior class I get the chance to give back and help students with the development/design of their senior projects.
