Every day, we deliver clean-burning 29,057 therms of natural gas, which is equivalent to 23,246 gallons of gasoline, to vehicle fleets throughout the area.

Advantages of Natural Gas Vehicles

Natural gas is one of the cleanest, least polluting fossil fuels. Natural gas vehicles (NGVs) offer substantial advantages over vehicles powered by gasoline. They include:

• Lower cost than traditional fuels such as gasoline or diesel

• Being some of the cleanest available vehicles on the road

• Reduced greenhouse gases of up to 30% than gasoline or diesel powered vehicles

Economical compressed natural gas (CNG) powered vehicles – or NGVs – can have an immediate and positive impact on the issues of air quality, U.S. energy security and public health.
