The California Advanced Homes Program (CAHP) highlights best practices in energy efficiency, green building and sustainability, and offers generous financial incentives and ‘bonus’ kickers to help builders and architects create environmentally friendly, energy-efficient communities.
Based on the energy efficiency of your project, you may qualify for additional financial incentives.

The New Solar Homes Partnership provides generous financial incentives to help offset the cost of a solar electric system. These incentives typically cover a significant portion of the cost of installing a system. Additionally, federal tax credits may be available to further offset the cost of the system.
