- Electric Water Heater - $30

- Minimum EF of 0.93
- Water heaters must meet minimum Energy Factor (EF) requirement to qualify.

- Central Natural Gas Furnace - $200
- Annual Fuel Utilization Efficiency (AFUE) of 92% or higher
- Not all ENERGY STAR-labeled furnaces will qualify for a rebate

- Must have existing central A/C to qualify
